Hindsight is 20/20 — the career choices I made before becoming a mom helped in my growth from a graduate trainee in 2014 to a senior leader now… because once kids enter the picture, your priorities (rightfully) shift.

It’s my 6th year loc anniversary, can’t remember the exact day I locked my hair but it was in the middle of the pandemic! For my curls, sprayed with a lot of water and aloe Vera juice and added mousse, let it dry overnight and I’m good to go.
