A job is not an ordinary product. Candidates evaluate compensation, responsibilities, manager, schedule, location,
flexibility, progression, stability, and the effect work will have on daily life. A creator can turn a short vacancy
into a realistic job preview by showing who the role serves, what the work requires, how the hiring process operates,
and where an interested candidate can verify the details.
Define the candidate before choosing the creator: occupation, experience, required credentials, geography, language,
work authorization where relevant, schedule, seniority, and career goal. General career reach is not enough. The
creator's audience must contain people who can meet the published requirements, access the workplace or remote
arrangement, and make the requested application or purchase decision.
