Views are compared with the channel’s average across its latest 25 eligible posts, fixed when the collaboration request is accepted. If ineligible, you can accept without bonuses and keep the base reward. Tracking starts when the published post URL is submitted. Submit it by the relevant bonus deadline at the latest; each window runs from publication.
