After your collaboration request has been accepted, both parties will agree on a deliverable. Payment is due after the creator's proposed deliverable is agreed upon. After payment, you can cancel the collaboration for a full refund if the creator does not deliver - no questions asked. You can find Adbounty's fee structure here.
